How do customers pay?

Payments links, included on the invoice, contain all the information the payer will need to complete the transaction (sort code and account number of the beneficiary, reference and amount due) making the process quicker and more secure.

By clicking the payment link on the invoice, the payer will be able to choose the bank they wish to pay with. Once they have chosen the bank, the payer will be redirected to their online banking website or app where they will be able to authorise the payment.
